Two education professionals provide support to the students at Lumiar. One of them is the tutor, a blend of advisor, mentor, and coach, who monitors the student throughout his/her school life at the institution, interacts with the student’s family, etc.; another such professional is the master, a “learn-how-to-do” lover, the one who organizes, coordinates, supports and assesses the learning projects, so that these students may develop the competencies the school expects them to through the execution of these projects.
