Lageado Unit - Private bilingual school

Knowing and understanding the world we live in is our current challenge. Lumiar International prioritizes the thinking process and the global communication in its curriculum, educating people who are able to smoothly navigate in the world which grows more and more connected. With bilingual educators working full time, the immersion in the English language is complete, thus expanding the world view and opening doors to our children’s future.
Lumiar International will start operating on January 26, 2009 catering for children aged 2-5 (child education) and those aged 6 to 8 (elementary).
The school is being built in a bucolic rural neighborhood in a valley in the “Mantiqueira” mountain range, therefore called “Lageado”.  

The school will have ample space for learning which will enable permanent interactions with nature. 
The civil works will be completed in December 2008.
